Together, these features provide:

Enhanced coverage, since 40% fewer sites are required to cover a given territory, thanks to smart antennas. By implementing Adaptive Antenna System (AAS) algorithms with beam-forming, CARC’s WiMAX solution maximizes coverage, and cost effective indoor penetration, increases cell capacity, and reduces interference to deliver high capacities and throughputs.

Enhanced capacity, with multi-Mb/s throughputs with or without mobility, even at cell edge and with indoor penetration.

NLOS connectivity, with smart antennas that enable direct connection at high throughputs with terminals that are deep indoors or blocked from the base station by obstructions.

Low latency for improving real-time applications (e.g. VoIP, enhanced gaming).
