Mr. Madhavan Nambiar has spent over 36 years as a career civil servant in the Indian Administrative Service with many of these years focused on Information Technology. Mr. Nambiar most recently served as Secretary to the Government of India, first in the Ministry of Information Technology and then in the Ministry of Civil Aviation. Earlier, he held posts as Chairman and Managing Director of the Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu Ltd (ELCOT) and Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO). Mr. Nambiar also served as Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu in the Department of Information Technology. In addition to his government experience, Mr. Nambiar has rich teaching background. He is a Fellow at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, an Associate Professor at Columbia University, and a Visiting Fellow at Oxford University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola College, Madras University and Master of Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.

Krishna Murthy has over 25 years of experience in Telecom / Software industry in various positions. He started his career in Alcatel-Lucent in 1997 while setting-up former Alcatel's software competence center in Chennai and was its COO from 2003 and Managing Director from 2007 until its merger. Prior to joining Alcatel, Mr. Krishna Murthy worked on large Communication / Software Projects in defence R&D establishments of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in Hyderabad and Bangalore. His core competencies include R&D management and Software engineering for Telecom and Defence systems, developing and leading large teams. His interests include Operations Research for R&D Management. He holds a M. Tech in Digital Systems & Computer Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and MBA with specialization in Operations.

Sankaranarayanan Ramakrishnan has more than 15 years experience in finance and has been part of the core finance team at Alcatel-Lucent since November 1999. He carries rich experience in the field of Financial accounting & management, Treasury Management, Budgeting, Taxation, Audit & Compliance. Sankaranarayanan currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at CARC and heads the Finance, IT & Quality functions. He is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. His previous association includes Hexaware Technologies.

KJ Veera Raghavan brings to CARC more than 23 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to taking over the program activities at CARC, Veera Raghavan was part of the senior management team with the BPL Group, a leading player in the Electronics and Communications industry in India. With expertise and experience in areas including product architecture, software and hardware, he was at the helm of developing and launching several key telecom products that were a critical part of the BPL product portfolio. At CARC, as Program Director, Veera Raghavan oversees all CARC programs and is responsible for the delivery of these. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore under Bharathiar University.

Navnit Goel has over 2 decades of experience in the Indian telecommunications industry with highly respected government and private R&D organizations. Before joining CARC, Navnit was part of the senior management team at Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), where he coordinated the design and development of the flagship product Main Automatic Exchange (MAX) - a family of digital switching systems. With extensive expertise in Telecom System Architecture, Mobile Broadband Wireless Systems, Large Capacity Digital Switches (PSTN and ISDN), Next Generation Networks, Embedded Software, Navnit brings to CARC, his vast experience in Fault tolerant Software, Real time operating systems, protocols design & development as well as his rich experience in establishing and managing large technology development project teams, New Technology and Product introduction. Part of the founding management team at CARC, Navnit, as Senior Director, Technology leads the Research & Innovation team. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.

Rajan Beeshman brings to CARC over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Before joining CARC, Rajan was part of the senior leadership at the BPL Group, a leading player in the Electronics and Communications industry in India, held significant roles across various departments including Research, Hardware, RF and coordinated with Mechanical and ID teams. With expertise in varied areas including Mobile phone design and development, World-space Receivers & Smart Antennas and Wireless Home Automation Systems, Rajan has had considerable experience in translating specifications into end-to-end delivery of products while incorporating the insights of consumers. As Director at CARC, Rajan heads the Hardware, Mechanical, RF, NPI & Sourcing activities. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Guindy in Chennai and a PGBDA from the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Bangalore.

Srinivasan Ramanujam has over 15 years of experience in the Indian telecommunications industry. With over 8 years in the UMTS and with senior roles across various activities such as driving the Centre of Excellence and executing turn key Projects for key Telecom OEM vendors in Wipro, TCS & Aricent, Srinivasan brings to CARC, rich expertise in Software application development for Wireless Technologies with a focus on Network/Device Management. At CARC, Srinivasan heads the Software Development Competency Centre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from A.C.Tech, Madurai Kamaraj University.

T R Lakshmanan has over 2 decades of experience in the Indian telecommunications industry with both private and government players. Before joining CARC, Lakshmanan was associated with C-DOT, the Centre for Department of Telematics. With rich experience spanning Wire-line & Wireless networks, access and transmission, Lakshmanan brings to CARC, a wide range of expertise in areas including Integration & Validation, Transfer of Technology, Pre-sales bidding, Project management, Quality systems, leading field trials and working with customers. He is Lead Auditor for ISO 9000 Quality system. At CARC, Lakshmanan heads the System Integration and Validation Competency Centre. He is responsible for all Integration & Validation and Field Support activities, including WiMAX R&D project activities for Alcatel Lucent. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai under Anna University.

Abida Aneez has over 18 years of experience across both the IT & Manufacturing industry. With extensive cross functional experience in Human Resource Management, HRD, Recruitment, Resource Management & Relationship Management, Abida brings to CARC, her expertise in managing various HR activities including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development, Competency Mapping, Employee Relations and others. Abida currently serves as Head - HR & Admin at CARC. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Calicut University and an MBA-HR degree from Madras University.
